Check out these iced-out masterpieces involving Ben Baller, Takashi Murakami and J Balvin!!!
Celebrity jeweler Ben Baller is known for collabing with A-list talents in the entertainment and sports world … and he’s back at it again with the J Balvin Murakami Flowers pendants!
In support of J Balvin‘s recent album release … Ben Baller teamed up with Japanese contemporary artist and designer Takashi Murakami for the iced-out pieces — inspired by the Reggaeton artist’s latest album, “Colores” … which Murakami also did the artwork for.
Murakami & Baller have collaborated before, and on their sixth and most recent project together, they decided to move away from the spinning flowers they’ve previously made and went forward with creating the iconic flower but with puffier 3-D petals.
As expected, Ben used quality VS+ clarity and/or better diamonds and “only the best gemstones” for the international artist. Baller added, “THAT LATIN MONEY HIT DIFFERENT I TELL YOU! When you get Me and Murakami to make not 1 but 10 chains!”
As for Murakami, he’s been on the move lately. He teamed up with Kanye West — who recently announced his 2020 presidential bid — & Kid Cudi for the “KIDS SEE GHOSTS” animation and even used his free time to print his iconic flower on used coffee filter.
