What’s Kanye’s #2020VISION if he’s elected as U.S. president??? Tackling homelessness!
Kanye West‘s been having quite a quarantine … and he just provided an update on his YEEZY shelter project after announcing he’s joining the 2020 presidential race.
Over the 4th of July weekend, Kim Kardashian‘s husband showed off the progress of the “egalitarian community” he’s been working on.
Last year, he started the construction of the dome-like structures … but the prototypes were destroyed over permit issues.
The unveiling of the upgraded dome homes — “YZY SHLTRS” — came shortly after the controversial rapper announced his 2020 presidential campaign.
Ye was of course endorsed by his wife and his friend, Elon Musk … who was recently photographed next to YEEZUS, seemingly working on a project or potentially discussing his 2020 campaign.
Regardless of his endorsements, it’s quite interesting to see him jump into politics considering his controversial relationship with Donald Trump and his “slavery was not a choice” comment.
But despite his campaign announcement, he’s still been grinding hard in his familiar industries — he recently announced his partnership with GAP, dropped a trailer to the “KIDS SEE GHOSTS” animation series with Kid Cudi & Takashi Murakami … and also donated to various Black Lives Matter initiatives.
Speaking of Murakami, he’s been working hard overseas also, collaborating with Ben Baller for J Balvin’s chains and creating flower prints out of recycled coffee filters.
