Massive theme park expected to open near Tokyo!
A major unnamed Hollywood studio is currently in talks to build an amusement park in Yokohama, Japan … according to The Asahi Shimbun.
The park is expected to be constructed on a 242-hectare plot, which was previously used as a U.S. military communications facility. Yokohama city & landowners association have agreed to reserve 125 hectares for a “tourism and activity” zone — which the movie studio is currently eyeing for the attraction.

The new park will be comparable in size to Tokyo Disneyland and reportedly expected to bring in between 6.5 to 13 million parkgoers a year.
There haven’t been any announcements yet regarding the completion date, but shouldn’t be too long from now.
